Job Requirements
To ensure the highest quality of care and safety for our clients, all applicants must meet the following:
Mandatory Certifications
- Current Certification: Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
- Safety Credentials: Must hold a current certification in CPR and First Aid.
Essential Professional Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive state and federal background check.
- Experience & Skills: Demonstrated prior experience in senior care is strongly preferred.
- Personal Qualities: Must exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
